The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care and support to clients, monitoring their progress, and helping them develop coping strategies.
The Mental Health Counselormust be able to maintain a safe and secure environment, as well as be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.

If you have recently graduated and are work towards completing your 3000 hours of clinical experience, this is great opportunity.
The right candidate will have a solid work history not necessarily in the mental health field.
Our hope is to find the right people who can work remotely mostly and learn the skills of a competent mental health counselor.
By the time you have your license you could have a full caseload and I will assist you in going into private practice if you desire.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct care to patients in a variety of settings.
Assist in the development and implementation of behavior management plans.
Maintain patient records and documentation of care.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Observe and monitor patient behavior and report any changes to the supervising clinician.
Assist with crisis intervention as needed.
